超凈工作臺的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是操作方便自如，比較舒適，工作效率高，預備時(shí)間短，開(kāi)機30分鐘以上即可操作，基本上可隨時(shí)使用。在工廠(chǎng)化生產(chǎn)中，接種工作量很大，需要經(jīng)常長(cháng)久地工作時(shí)，
超凈臺是很理想的設備。

超凈臺電源多采用三相四線(xiàn)制，其中有一零線(xiàn)，連通機器外殼，應接牢在地線(xiàn)上，另外三線(xiàn)都是相線(xiàn)，工作電壓是380V。三線(xiàn)接入電路中有一定的順序，如線(xiàn)頭接錯了，風(fēng)機會(huì )反轉，這時(shí)聲音正?；蛏圆徽?，

(1)每次使用超凈工作臺時(shí)，實(shí)驗人員應先開(kāi)啟超凈工作臺上的紫外燈，紫外照射30分鐘后使用。
(2)開(kāi)啟超凈工作臺工作電源，關(guān)閉紫外燈，并用75%的酒精或0.5%過(guò)氧乙酸噴灑擦拭消毒工作臺面。
(3)整個(gè)實(shí)驗過(guò)程過(guò)程中，實(shí)驗人員應按照無(wú)菌操作規程操作。

2．超凈工作臺操作使用程序及規范
（1）人員帶好一次性口罩、帽子及醫用乳膠手套。。
（2）用雙手輕輕抬起IVC籠盒外端，沿籠架擱擋向外移出籠盒，放在超凈工作臺旁的不銹鋼小推車(chē)上。
（3）用藥液噴霧器充分噴灑雙手手套外表及IVC籠盒的外面，消毒滅菌并沾粘住表面的塵埃，防止進(jìn)入超凈臺時(shí)被層流氣體吹揚。也可用帶手套的雙手浸入藥液容器中，撈起并擰干藥液毛巾，擦干手套外液滴，同時(shí)擦一下籠盒的外表。 （4）打開(kāi)超凈工作臺移門(mén)，把籠盒移入超凈工作臺。
（5）適當拉下超凈工作臺移門(mén)。打開(kāi)IVC籠盒蓋底之間的緊固扣并打開(kāi)籠蓋。側臥放在一邊。
